EMC has entered the consumer market with the launch of a suite of Iomega solutions for personal and external storage. Iomega's ScreenPlay Pro HD multimedia drives enhance the home theatre experience by storing more video, music, and photo files, connecting to widely used home entertainment and gaming systems, and playing high resolution video files for a big screen experience.

Pro HD drives support multiple connections for easy interface with the computer with USB 2.0 and or Ethernet (select models), and home theatre with AV connection (HDMI, component, composite), plus the most popular media formats, including MPEG4, DiVX, AVI, MP3, WMA, JPEG, and many more. They also support high definition video (720p/1080i) and Dolby Digital audio formats, and are a durable solution for securing your valuable media files.
