The most well-known feature of Nintendo 3DS is its glass free 3D visuals on primary screen. It has a dual camera: the rare camera is capable of capturing 3D images. It also has sensors like accelerometer and gyroscope and for connectivity it has only Wi-Fi support and no 3G. The Sony PlayStation Vita has a large OLED display. The most notable feature is its rare touchpad. For connectivity it comes with 3G and Wi-Fi and has sensors like three axis accelerometer and three axis gyroscope. In terms of groundbreaking unique feature the Nintendo 3DS wins but if you take the length of features list then the Vita grabs the crown.
