LG Launches 4K Smart Monitors in India
South Korean tech firm LG has rolled out its latest series of smart monitors, the 27SR75U and 32SR75U models, to the Indian market. The new models, as announced by the company, will feature 4K UHD display and include webOS23 integration for connectivity to streaming apps and over 100 free channels using the ‘LG Channels’ feature. According to LG, the monitors have in-built applications for sports, music, health, and gaming from the cloud.

LG added that both the newly launched Smart Monitor models will go on sale on the company website as well as on Amazon India's e-commerce platform.
LG stated that the new 27SR75U and 32SR75U models have a set of common features such as a three-side almost borderless design and 4K UHD (3840x2160) resolution display. Apart from supporting 90 per cent DCI-P3 color range, the monitors also support HDR10 for richer color output on compatible content. The 27SR75U has a 27-inch IPS display with 350 nit’s brightness. The 32SR75U, on the other hand, has a bigger 32-inch VA display with 250 nit’s brightness.
For connectivity, the new LG smart monitors feature two HDMI ports, two USB 2.0 ports, and a USB Type-C that supports charging up to 65W. Wireless connectivity features include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The monitors also have ScreenShare functionality for sharing content from laptops and smartphones. Other features include support for LG's Magic Remote, which the company stated enables users to easily control tasks and operations using voice commands via the built-in ThinQ Voice Assistant.
