8. Dell XPS Duo 12 Convertible Ultrabook

Yet another biggie hybrid unleashed at the IFA 2012. Like the previous hybrids, Dell XPS Duo 12 will be a Windows 8 device. The gadget comes with a 12.5 inch Full HD touch screen having a resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels. The gadget is a swiveling one, which means that it can be easily converted in to a tablet from an ultrabook and vice versa. The hybrid will be seen in the market once Microsoft officially launches Windows 8 in October 2012. Dell hasn’t shed any light on the pricing of the gadget either.

9. Sony Vaio Duo 11 Windows 8 Hybrid

Vaio Duo 11 is Sony’s first Windows 8 hybrid gadget. In this hybrid one cannot detach the keyboard; one can only slide it back. The hybrid comes with an 11 inch screen and a resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels. The device will be available in two memory variants 128 GB and 256 GB. If you thought that was more than enough the gadget also comes with a slot for the microSD card for expandable memory up to 32 GB.

The device will hit the markets in October 2012. Sony as of now hasn’t revealed the price of their new hybrid.
