1. Features that Gives a Boost

VaporMg: Microsoft used the unique approach called VaporMg pronounced as Vapor-Mag, for designing the casing of Surface. In order to make the casing there is a combination of material selection and process to mold the metal. The final finish looks similarly to that of a luxury watch. The case is made of magnesium which can be beaten up to as thin as .65mm, thinner than a normal credit card. This has made the tablet thin and light without losing its strength.

Integrated Kickstand: A tablet with a kickstand! This kickstand was possible because of the VaporMg approach. Holding it, or watching a movie or using the rear-facing video camera, the kickstand kicks into work. It is there when required but disappears when not in use and this kickstand doesn’t add any extra weight or thickness to the tablet.

Touch Cover Keyboard: Microsoft has yet again taken a step forward in the human-computer interface. Due to the unique pressure-sensitive technology, it senses keystrokes as gestures which helps you type much faster than normal. Apart from this the little extra selling proposition that these Touch Covers have are the vibrant colours they are available in.
