Bangalore: Lenovo’s flagship, K900 Smartphone is all set to be released in India on May 10. As per reports, the retail value of this highly-specced phone will be around Rs. 25,000.

The phone is reportedly one of the best Andriod Smartphones to appear in the first half of the year. What makes it so interesting is not only the Intel Atom processor, but also its fine metallic body design, that separates it from others. It is one of the few handsets, to pack an Intel Atom Clover Trail+ chipset.

Lenovo K900 has a rectangular body and has a thickness of 6.9 millimeters. It boasts a gigantic 5.5-inch IPS touch screen with 1080p display, and the screen is protected with Gorilla Glass 2. It will house a 2GHz Intel Atom Z2580 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and will sport a 13 megapixel main camera.

The gadget’s internal storage capacity amounts to 16GB. However, it is not verified on which OS the device would run on. There may be a probable Android 4.2 update.

As per reports, the company is geared up for a mega marketing campaign. Considering the amount of cricket fans in India, the company is deciding to employ the players in the ongoing Indian Premier League to advertise for them.
