Samsung Ativ S is the first officially announced Smartphone powered by Windows Phone 8 Operating System. It comes with a 1.5 GHz dual core graphic processor coupled with 1024 MB of RAM. The Smartphone has 16GB built in storage according to latest updates.

Ativ S looks as though it has borrowed the looks from Galaxy S3. The Windows Phone sports a more metallic look that makes it look distinguished among the colored offerings from Nokia and HTC series.

Screen-wise, Samsung Ativ S has a 4.8 inch capacitive multitouch Super AMOLED display supporting 720 x 1280 pixel resolution. The back panel has an 8 megapixel camera with LED and there is a front camera also. The Smartphone is also said to come with a 2300 mAh battery and connectivity features that include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and A-GPS.

Other notable features include ExchangeActiveSync, MDM, Office 365, Lync, Custom Company Hub and free SkyDrive cloud storage of 7GB.
