The Good: An affordable phone which is very appealing to eyes. It has a good built quality, nice QWERTY keypad, give decent sound quality and the hot-swappable external SIM slot is pretty cool. The device gives a decent battery life and it come clocked with Nokia's services like Music and Apps.

The Bad: The display brightness cannot be adjusted and even though Nokia made a thoughtful UI but it gets complicated sometimes.

Design: This cute little phone is made of good quality plastic. It has curved sides which make it comfortable to hold and work with one hand. The QWERTY keypad is also made of plastic which is not that comfortable like in other low-end Nokia phones, but it’s not that bad also.

The glossy back of the phone is attractive and there is a camera on the top right corner. This dual-SIM phone also has a microSD card slot to expand the memory up to 32 GB. Other ports are micro USB, 3.5 mm audio jack and charging socket which are at the top.
The phone is available in various vibrant colors like - black, white, fluorescent green, pink, and a light shade of blue.

Display: Nokia Asha 200 sports a 2.4-inch TFT display with 320 x 240 pixel resolution. The screen is not touch screen. The screen is quite passable for the price we are paying for this phone. The screen looks well indoors, but in outdoor is visibility is quite poor.

Operating System The presence of Nokia Series 40 operating system is not that bad. At first you might get a bit confused with this OS, but later by time you will realize that the UI is very friendly. Being a dual-SIM phone it provides easy options to switch between both the SIMs, there is a button which allows users to switch between the first and second SIM.

The company offers around of thousands songs for free from Nokia Music Store and users can also download games and applications from Nokia Store.

Connectivity and Multimedia: In terms of connectivity the Asha phone likes to remain simple, it supports GPRS and EDGE connectivity for internet access and Bluetooth and USB for file transfer. There is no Wi-Fi or 3G.
Multimedia options supported by this phone are; MP3, WMA, WAV, and AAC which suffices you music need, FM radio which works bundled with earphones and 3GP, MP4, and DivX files of low-bit rate to play videos.

Camera: The device sports a 2MP camera which is capable of capturing images with 1200 x 1600 pixels clarity which is quite decent for a budget phone. There is not flash, so forget about taking pictures in dark with this phone. The camera can also record videos at a very slow 10 frames per second.

Battery: Asha 200 is powered by a 1430 mAh battery which gives about 7 hours of talk time. When fully charged the phone can last for about three days with normal usage.

Wrap-Up: For sweet price point of Rs.4,000 the phone comes with good looks, study design dual-SIM functionality and offers music player, email app, and in-built social networking apps. On the downside the lack of Wi-Fi and low screen brightness may we annoying sometimes, but as a sum total the phone is worth having for this price.
