Market is such an inept entity that here no good news is useful and only bad news sells. Yes we don’t tend to read what good is happening around us. We are more enthusiasts about the negative part of everything, and the financial media reaps the benefits of this psychology. The morning newspaper may come along with the headlines that the market may crash, but it shouldn’t push you back. Wealthy people understand this fact very well just because the news is bad, it doesn’t mean that the market will never revive or will never turn up. It shouldn’t let you ditch your long term investment.
