Andre Esteves

Andre Esteves is a Brazilian banker. Time Magazine considered him as one of the 100 most influential Brazilians of 2009. Working at UBS for less than half a year, Esteves announced his departure from the bank. The Chief Executive of Brazilian investment bank BTG Pactual took a step to enlarge the bank with a deal announced in February in which BTG will buy Chile's Celfin Capital for $245 million plus shares equivalent to 2.4 percent of BTG's total capital. The takeover makes BTG Pactual the largest independent investment bank in Latin America. He is ranked at 377th position and his net worth estimated is around $3 billion.
