5. Relief for foreign citizens
Here the taxpayers who are not Indian citizens or are in India on a business trip or have come for employment and have been exempted from reporting their foreign assets acquired during the previous years. This is of much relief for them as their assets acquired the previous year are not questioned but resident Indians are excluded from this relief.
