Prenups are for everyone, based on two arguments. Firstly the high rates of divorce. It is said that the national divorce rate is roughly around 50 percent. Secondly, a prenup can bring in financial openness and trust between the partners. There is no one who would not be benefited from a prenup, even if they are going into marriage with little assets.
