Many stores give you vouchers or the shopping cards that might be valid in limited stores only. You will love to shop over that voucher even if it is far away from your house. Just to use the vouchers your travel all the way to the shop and don’t bother for the fuel used in travelling. The fuel cost might be more than the shopping expense.

Sometimes the credit card companies offer reward points on shopping for a huge amount. They just like your long bills and you spend over 1000 for earning the reward points of 10-15. Be smart to avoid these types of traps.

Become a member of the store:

‘If you become a member of the store you will get exciting prizes and discounts on particular amount of purchase.’ You might have heard this at many stores but this is not a good deal if you are not a regular costumer of the shop.

You may become the member of the store by paying some amount but later you will have to force yourself to shop more at that store for small discounts. You might lose an opportunity to get a better deal in another shop just for being loyal to the store because you are a member.
