Some of the investment experts consider rule number 1, 2 and 3 to be the golden rules while for some, 1, 2 and 6 are more impactful and practical too.

‘Stockopedia’ has also reported that after the death of Benjamin Graham, Rea used the rules in a mutual fund; Rea’s son runs this mutual fund. Rea couldn’t make much profit from this investment so far. The reason for this failure has not been either identified yet or discussed. Experts think poor management to be the probable reason for this failure.

On the other hand, ‘Old School Value’ has also conducted a few tests on these rules and surprisingly, they found these rules holding good position in the practical market. Amongst all these rules, 1, 2, 6 and 7 worked best with ‘Old School Value’ while rule number 3 didn’t proved trustworthy.
