It started in 1991 by J.T. Poonja and Nimish C Shah and provides equities and derivatives trading, equity research, commodities trading, portfolio management services, distribution of mutual funds, IPO and insurance products and investment banking services. Fortune Financial Services limited is the subsidiary of the Fortune Group and is a wholly owned subsidiary.
