Plan for inexpensive meals, Buy grocery items based on a list and buy in huge quantity at once so that it can go for long. It is much wiser to use cash when making purchases. Use food coupons if you buying a meal at your work place. Consume vegetarian food once in a week. Before buying any perishable food think how you'll use it. Don't be fooled into thinking that generic brands are not as good of quality. In most cases, you are paying for a brand name, not a better product.
