But the gen-Y celebs don’t want to blow their millions just like that, rather they believe in making wealth by indulging in a business enterprise. 1. Ashton Kutcher                                                         

The “Two and a Half Men” star and Hollywood actor, Ashton Kutcher is the most famous name in tech investments among celebs. He has made a chain of investment recently, among which the most profitable one is his investment in voice-over Internet protocol service Skype. The time when this web-calling service was valued at $2.75, he came into the picture and made it huge. Microsoft later bought Skype for $8.5 million.

He is also invested in social magazine Flipboard and location-based app Foursquare. Some of his other tech investments are San Francisco-based online consumer oriented travel company Hipmunk and social networking-enabled photo sharing and messaging app Path. Some experts have named Kutcher as a venture capitalist rather than an actor.
