1. Charges on opening a new account and not using it.
Setting up a bank account to save some money in indeed a good idea, but if you don’t continue operating that account then you could be penalized. Usually banks impose a non-operative account penalty which could be around 
250 plus the service taxes. This might look like a small amount, but as they say a rupee saved is a rupee earned. To get rid of such charges the best way is to close the account which you don’t use.
