3. Bank of Maharashtra

Bank of Maharashtra is offering 2,197 as fixed rate and 2,137 as floating rate for a period of 5 years. Alternatively for 10 years fixed rate is 1,432 & floating rate is 1,335, for 15 years fixed rate is not applicable, floating rate is 1,090 and for 20 years fixed rate is 1 not applicable, floating rate is 982.

Salaried persons, professionals, businessmen with sufficient disposable income, farmers having min five acres of irrigated land holding and Non Resident Indians are eligible to apply for the loan. The age limit for salaried professionals is minimum 21 years - maximum 50 years and maximum 55 years for other than salaried persons.

The quantum of loan for salaried class is 50 times of Gross Salary or 60 times of Net Monthly salary which ever is higher subject to applicable margin.

In case of businessmen the quantum of loan is equal to average annual income (Net profit + Depreciation) of last 3 yrs X 4 times (B/S, IT returns) also make a note of refund of any other term liabilities.
