Bangalore: NRIs have always been optimistic about investing their money that will bring them good returns. Although, government of India is coming up with many attractive schemes, real estate is one such sector that has been on demand for NRIs to invest in.

Since NRIs are keen to invest in India; the Reserve Bank of India has agreed to permit NRIs who have Indian passports and people of Indian origin to invest in real-estate that includes both residential and commercial property.

The main reason for the non- residential to invest in India is because the value of rupees is increasing and real estate offers better returns. More than anything, if we look at it in terms of security, having a property in your home country will protect you from untimely financial crisis.
