9. "Common Sense on Mutual Funds" by John Bogle
This book was published in the year 1999. If you find mutual funds extremely interesting but equally irksome, this is the book for you. This makes investing in mutual funds simple and easy. Bogle has spearheaded the case for index funds and strictly opposes actively-managed mutual funds. It eroded a couple of myths on MFs and also makes the whole scenario clearer. Though his take on MFs might seem a bit bitter, he only wishes to make his stand clear. Still, this is a good book for ones interested in MFs.
