Mark Iverson serves as a Group Vice President for DR globalDirect at Digital River, a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions. Since joining the company in 2006, Mark has utilized his more than 12 years of experience in the software industry to help bolster Digital River’s globalDirect presence in the e-commerce industry. Additionally, he has a strong background in the consumer package goods industry that helps contribute innovative promotions that help DR clients increase their software sales. Prior to joining Digital River, Mark held various key positions in fortune 100 companies as well as very successful start up companies. His experience at Vivendi Universal Games as Vice President of Entertainment Software Sales and as Senior Director of OEM Software Sales at Microgistix LTD has brought a new perspective to the small and medium business clients at DR globalDirect. Mark also has experience working with key strategic clients such as Dell Computer, Hp, Best Buy, Game Stop, Target and Circuit City.
Omer Faiyaz

Omer Faiyaz, CEO of Disk Doctors Software Business has over 13 years of Operations and Marketing experience in software business and is responsible for Marketing, Channels and Alliances of the company. Prior to joining Disk Doctors he has worked with Skelta Software a workflow software company and NetGalactic, an ebusiness solutions company. Omer has the experience of managing complex team environments with ease, has a very vast knowledge of international markets and software development methodologies. He is also on the board of SupportAxis a Web Based Support Software Company. Omer is backed with an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communications; a MBA in Marketing and also a Diploma in Business Finance (DBF).

Jessy Jex is currently responsible for the Digital River e-commerce business’s Product Management. She managed the SWREG and Regnow previously, where she focused on strategic direction and revenue growth of the business. Jessy also providedRegnow and SWREG clients with the tools needed to increase sales and drive growth. Her goal is to continually strive to provide robust and feature rich global e-commerce systems that allow clients the opportunity to focus on their business, products and customers. Prior to joining the e-commerce industry, Jessy was worked at an advertising firm, Sampson Miller Advertising, as an Account Manager.
James Bennett

James Bennett is currently manages the operations for Regnow (www.regnow.com). He has been managing the RegNow platform since 2000, where he focuses on strategic and technical direction for the platform and provide support for RegNow clients. Jamesalso works to provide Regnowclients with the tools needed to increase sales and drive growth. His goal is to continually strive to provide an extremely optimized and robust global e-commerce system at competitive rate that captures all potential sales allowing clients the opportunity to focus on their business, products and customers.
Shoaib Ahmed

Shoaib was Founder-Director of Vedha Automations Pvt Ltd., where he developed a rich, two-decade long experience empowering businesses via the retail business solution he created-Shoper which established itself as a market leader. He was instrumental in Vedha& merger with Tally, successfully managing the transition of the team and the domain expertise. Kalyan Kolachala

Kalyan has over 16 years of experience - almost exclusively in enterprise product development. This includes around seven years in the US as developer/lead/architect with Sybase, Fujitsu, and HP. He was managing offshore development in India for the last five years with Nokia, Divine, and BEA in a techno-managerial role and was responsible for delivery of multiple products/releases. Last couple of jobs were at BEA India managing the development and performance teams for integration products such as WebLogic Integration and AquaLogic Service Bus and at Fiorano as VP-Engineering managing engineering for all Fiorano products. He has immense experience in SOA, middleware, EAI, NMS, Compilers, Libraries, E-commerce, and Collaboration space using Web Services, Java/J2EE, CORBA, and C++ and was also involved in C++ standardization. He is a graduate in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur (1993). His professional interests include MDA, Enterprise architecture, Software Product Engineering, and process/technology improvements. He has been a featured speaker on seminars involving SOA and relevant technologies. He is experienced in enterprise product development end- to-end - right from the product strategy, roadmap, inception, and planning to architecture, design, development, QA, documentation, and release. Kishore Mandyam is the CEO of PK4 Software Technologies based in Bangalore. Kishore has over 24 years of experience in the software industry. As a developer at Infosys, he undertook assignments in theUS designing and implementing large software systems on IBM mainframes. In 1989, Kishore co-founded a Bangalore-based software services company, Ampersand. As its Managing Director, Kishore leveraged both organic growth and acquisitions to grow annual sales to over US$8 million. He subsequently ran the India operations of Intransa Inc., a Silicon Valley-based startup in the IP Storage space. In 2006, he co-founded PK4 with the specific intent of dramatically changing the way software is developed. Impel CRM, PK4’s flagship product, is a SaaS CRM offering specifically for India and growing economies, where market realities dictate the need for a whole new approach to customer relationships.
