Bangalore: Buyers have to consider lot many things before buying a house. The process itself is very complex and tedious where buyers have to check each and every aspect before investing in a house as it is one of the huge investment buyers make. But along with this there are some mistakes buyers commit that turns out be their costliest investment mistake. Below are some of the things that buyers should consider before buying a house.

1) Not securing Loan approval:

First mistake that buyers do is not securing the loan approval before buying a house. It is always better to secure home loan and get pre-approval in the first place so that you can get an idea and estimate your investment depending on the loan amount you can get sanctioned and avail the loan to afford a house. Many buyers forget this step and later face problems regarding loan issues and affordability.

2) Do not overlook minor problems:

Many a time buyers overlook problems which can be fixed easily before shifting in a ready-to-move-in house. For instance, if the house is in prime location where everything is nearby like shops, their office, schools and hospitals, buyers get ready to move in by overlooking minor things like kitchen, bathroom, ventilation, floors and other things that need to be fixed which could actually cost more in later stages.
