Buyers fail to do proper research when it comes to understanding the real estate market and the prices involved ending up choosing a wrong house at unaffordable prices. This is an important step buyers need to do before buying a house and there are ample sources where they can research properly like auction reports in newspaper or check through internet, consult with various real estate agents and be watchful on recent sales on residential sector.

4) Lack of trust in the advisor:

Buyers usually do not disclose the required information to advisors who may be the real estate lawyer or real estate agent.  The reason buyers withhold information may be because of low confidence in their advisors or they may feel that the information is not worth enough to give. But it is always recommended to consult and take advice from an experienced advisor as they tackle massive amount of transactions every other day and to get clear ideas on the investment, buyers should consult with an experienced advisor before buying a house.
