HCL Perot, US-based FGT in strategic tie-up

BANGALORE: HCL Perot Systems on Monday announced a strategic partnership with US-based First Genetic Trust (FGT) to provide application enhancement and maintenance support for FGT web portal.
The FGT web portal application built by HPS complies with FGT requirements and stringent regulations of HIPAA standards and supports the highest degree of security at different levels. It includes encryption architecture to provide another level of data security and workflow based processing and monitoring.
Genetic banking conceptualized by FGT involves online genetic and medical data acquisition, management storage and analysis and also provides services to research centers, pharmaceutical companies, and other medical research organisations.
HPS brings technology experience; CMM Level 5 based Quality process and methodologies, service level quality delivery and excellent technical know-how to its partnership with First Genetic Trust.
