Aztec records profit

BANGALORE: Aztec Software & Technology Services Ltd (Aztecsoft) recorded a 26 percent profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
The announcement of its quarterly results came at the company meeting held on July 12, 2006 where Aztecsoft has posted revenue of 
59.48 crores and net profit of 9.27 crores on consolidated basis.
A total of 16 new clients with a good mix of large and small clients have increased the new total of active client count to 80. Data Management, Middleware, media streaming, large e-commerce portal, and Wireless are the additional client based fields.
Also certified by ISO 27001 for its security processes, practices and policies, Aztecsoft is now amongst the top 20 companies in the country to have been certified for the highest information security compliance with its human capital at 2,118 compared to 2,005 at the end of QIV-06.
K. B. Chandrasekhar, Chairman of Aztecsoft expressed happiness and promised to continue to make strategic investments is sales and marketing. We are in the path of a strong growth and continue to make strategic choices of creating multiple drivers for accelerating growth.
