It was produced as a dedication to the founder Franciacorta Annamaria Clementi of Ca’Del Bosco. When the grapes are picked for this champagne the rule is ‘no compromise, no concessions’. The best grapes are chosen form the variety of crus or growth for this elegant sparkling wine. The aging of bottles last for atleast seven years to create its unique blend.

The fruits come from the Grand Cru villages located in Champagne. It’s the best of tête de cuvée meaning, a superior quality of wine, produced from the first pressing of the grapes. Still it’s sold at a low price is because it produced without the vintage date, which also makes it hard to sell.  The fully developed flavors are polished and fresh.
