Los Angeles International Airport, USA: This airport is known as the largest origin and destination airport. It means there are more passengers starting and ending their journey at this airport rather than landing for connecting flights. This airport serves nine passenger terminals including the newly renovated Tom Bradley International Terminal. It is also the only airport to have a U.S. Coast Guard Air Station.

Charles de Gaulle Airport, France: This airport is one of the largest and busiest passenger airports in Europe. This is also known as Roissy Airport. And is one of the world’s primary aviation centres. Named after the President of the French Republic during World War II, Charles de Gaulle has three terminals out of which one is the oldest and terminal 2 was built especially for Air France but now has been expanded and used by other Airlines.

Dallas Airport, USA:  It is the fourth busiest airport in the U.S. The airport has five terminals, A, B, C, D and E. While A, B, C, D serves all International passengers, terminals A and C serves exclusively to American Airlines passengers.

Terminal E is undergoing renovation and would be ready in 2017. Dallas Airport holds two hotels attached to it.  In addition, Dallas has a tram facility that can take you to any of the five terminals of the airport.

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Indonesia: Jakarta International Airport is the main airport serving the greater Jakarta area on the island of Java, Indonesia.  The airport is named after the first President and Vice-President of Indonesia, Mohammad Hatta. Jakarta International Airport has 150 check-in counters, 30 baggage carousels and 42 gates. Each sub-terminal has 25 check-in counters, 5 baggage carrousels and 7 gates. It has got three terminals and over 40 airlines have their flights taking off from this airport.

Dubai International Airport, UAE: Dubai International Airport has three terminals, including the award-winning Emirates Terminal3, which opened in 2008. The terminal 3 is the world’s largest building and has a floor space at 1.5 million square meters and is primarily and exclusively for the Emirates Airlines. Five star hotel owned by Dubai Airport is located inside the Terminal 1 and 3. Dubai Airport runs the world’s longest commercial flights to the U.S. cities of Los Angeles, San Francisco and Huston.
