Why Indian Startups Are Increasingly Flocking To Silicon Valley

#9. Lack of early customers

Indians have always been hesitant in accepting a new company. It takes ages for companies and startups here in India to establish their services and to gain good customer response. The main problem here is, consumers do not really trust on a new company’s product or services which make it difficult for these startups to survive.

#8. Inadequate capital

The scenario here remains the same, while customers are being hesitant in accepting a startup so are the investors and capitalists. The big players in the industry continue to attract investor attraction while the newbies struggle to raise their Series A. Investors and capitalists do not trust early stage startups and this affects their existence.

#7.No win-win situation

Most of the entrepreneurs who moved from India to the U.S. feels that there is nothing mutual or the key element of a win-win approach is missing among large enterprise customers in India. Than anything else their focus remains on the profit margin of a budding company.
