Microsoft is also adding new features into Windows 8.1 to make gadgets wholesome. According to existing reports the devices running on new OS will be embedded with separate volume controls, VPN support and separate apps for Xbox Music and Xbox Video. To add up to it the OS will support a thorough integration of social apps like Twitter and Facebook to expand the its presence in social market as well as for reaching out the potential customers at ease.

To add fuel to the Windows Phone 8.1 excitement,  there are the reports that the new OS is to make its debut on two of the newest devices that Nokia apparently is working on now. Theye are codenamed as “Goldfinger,” and “Moneypenny,” where the former one will boost "3D Touch" system that detects off-the-glass interactions and the later will take advantage of new on screen Windows Phone 8.1 buttons.
