Two Indians Among World's Most Powerful CEOs Under 40



Ashish Pandey: He was appointed the CEO of Altisource Asset Management in December 2012. He also serves in the board of directors of the asset management company, which has a market cap of $1.8 billion. He holds a MBA from Indian Institute of management and has expertise in merger and acquisition in the mortgage industry. The 38-year- old features in the 20th position in this prestigious list.

Larry Page: The 40 year old CEO of Google will enjoy his last stint in this coveted list(as he’ll soon be crossing over to the other side of the 40’s), but there’s no lack of laurels coming his way- he’s placed in the lists of World’s Most Powerful People, World’s Billionaires and Forbes400.

He is the inventor of PageRank-Google’s search engine algorithm. He co-founded Google in 1998 with Sergey Brin. On 4th April 2011, he took over as the CEO of Google. Together with Brin, he owns 16 percent of the global search giant. Rise in stock price of Google this year ensured a rise in personal net worth of Page and Forbes ranked him as the 17th richest man on earth with a net worth of $32.3 billion. In his personal capacity, he has invested in renewable energy and donated for medical research in vocal cord nerve function. Page tops the list of Most Powerful CEOs under 40.
