“DO THIS NOW!” –
Do you feel like "laughing out loud" while you are reading this? Please do, I do too! People change when their priorities change. Things that push situations out of control needs to be given utmost importance. However, when you already have things lined up for several days with high priority, it could be a tough time for you to actually leave it all and start something fresh which is supposedly very important. While good managers do this interestingly and only in real crisis, poor managers pop this out almost everyday forgetting “DO THIS NOW” which happened yesterday, the day before yesterday and … the day before that!
