Well Mr. Manager; may I say the same thing to you because we share the same “time zone” that makes us row the same life boat? It is an insult and a statement of personal failure that the manager does not seem to think they are lucky to be working- just like everybody else. If your manager never changes and just behaves this way, you do not deserve that. Always being critical puts your motivation at stake. Hence, know that there are many employers who would be happy to hire you and put you in a place where there is peace and happiness.
