Shree Bose- Winner of Google Global Science fair

Shree Bose won the Google Global Science fair for the year 2011 for discovering a process to improve the treatment of ovarian cancer patients when they have developed a resistance to certain chemotherapy drugs. There were around 10,000 students participating in the competition from 91 countries and Bose emerged as the winner earning a scholarship of $50,000 and a 10-day trip to the Galapagos Islands.
