Andrew Carnegie

Carnegie was a Scottish-American industrialist who led the march of the enormous expansion of the American Steel industry in the 19th century. He is also considered to be one of the most important philanthropists of this era. He worked at many places as a factory boy, bill logger, messenger boy and later in a telegraph company. With great efforts he built Pittsburgh's Carnegie Steel Company and later merged with Elbert H. Gary's Federal Steels and other small companies to build U.S steel. He started various schools, universities and libraries in U.S, U.K, Canada and other countries. He later sold this steel giant to J.P Morgan for $480 million in 1901.

Henry Ford was the founder of the Ford Motor Company, he was a great visionary and the Model T automobile revolutionized the transportation industry. Through this company he earned a lot of money and fame and became one of the most popular man on earth.  He worked as an engineer with the Edison Illuminating Company. He had good knowledge on how to run a company and gave the workers $5 per day as wage (an approximately $110 today) in 1914 astonishing the world. With this he got the best workers and slowly built the company. Ford still manufactures cars and has its customers all around the world.
