Anjali Singh Gautam: The brave 14 year old is on the bravery list too for her daring act. She had carried her injured little brother to a hospital, crossing Naxalites in the midst of a brutal attack in her hometown in Chhattisgarh.

G. Parameswaran: 12 year old G. Parameswaran from Tamil Nadu rescued three girls from drowning in a 20 foot deep pond and came close to losing his life. But the courageous boy says “I was not scared. In fact, it did not even occur to me to get scared. My mother was upset when she heard the whole thing, but if the same thing happens again I am not going to stand back and watch people die,” as quoted by The Hindu.
