John Chambers is the present CEO of the company and Robert Lloyd is Senior Vice President of U.S. and Canada Field Operations, a territory that produces over half of Cisco's total revenue. He also serves as the co chair of Cisco's Enterprise Business Council, which leads the development and execution of Cisco's business strategies for the enterprise market. Cisco has huge hopes on this future CEO to lead the company strong at the international front. Lloyd joined Cisco in 1994 as General Manager of Cisco's Canadian subsidiary. He then went on to serve as Group Vice President, EMEA, for Cisco's enterprise, service provider, and small to medium-sized business markets.
