Give Them Space: Ankul Barar

The diversion among the co-founders should be very firm and secure. The most important way according to me to handle the conflict is to give space to my partner. Me and Akshita do not interfere in each other’s call. We both know how important it is to provide a personal space for the other person to grow professionally and personally.

One of the most important reasons for such conflict is that the co-founders do not have conversion about business and they keep on going around with other things. But, me and Akshita have our own defined job to handle and we do not poke our nose in the other person’s job. If we have a suggestion on a particular topic, we discuss it and let the other person take the final call, instead of pushing our own opinion. If you don’t know your co-founder well, then you cannot go well. A good personal relationship with the co-founders not only helps develop a friendly environment but also helps manage each other in the work.
