Since we are having two dishes in a row made of "Gai", you would have probably realized that it is the Thai word for Chicken. Chicken is a popular meat used in Thai cuisine. Literally translated as "Sweet green Curry", Kang Keaw Wan Gai is adequately sweet and faintly spicy and tastes very pleasant with a proper blend of the tang from green curry chilli paste, mildness from coconut milk, sweetness of sugar and saltiness of fish sauce. Usually eaten with steamed rice or served with rice noodles as a sauce, this green curry is a must have on a foodie's list.
