Tech Innovations That Miserably Failed

#4 Google Glass

Goggle glasses are very difficult to fit in to your pockets because of its sensitive design.  Other disadvantage of this device is the cost, the track pad, social interactions, privacy and recording issues. Continuous usage of these glasses can even harm retina, thus hindering its wide acceptance in the tech arena.

 #3 BlackBerry 10

BlackBerry 10 suffered from all the elements of a flop, points out Kaan Yigit, president of Solutions Research Group. The operating system entered tech market late, while the consumers have already switched to devices running iOS or Android. The other disadvantage is the lack of user friendliness like if an application is open, the user have to swipe up to return to the main display. Adding to all of these, the high pricing was another factor.

#2 Ouya

Ouya, as a means to strengthen their grip in the tech market came up with its affordable Android gaming consoles. But Android games still do not have a bright future as there are several other platforms offering better gaming experiences like 3DS and PS Vita. All these disadvantages lead to the failure of this android based gaming console.
