Meena Trott
Creator of Movable Type and TypePad, Meena Grabowski Trott along with her husband Benjamin Trott founded Six Apart in a spare bedroom after the blogging software they developed grew beyond a hobby.
She was the President of Six Apart and remains on the Board of Directors after the merger that resulted in the formation of Say Media. Her first attempt in blogging was at dollarshort.org in 2001. When the couple were unemployed in 2001, they developed Movable Type for her personal blogging use.
