Mikhail Borisovich Khodorkovsky and Platon Leonidovich Lebedev are the Russian businessmen and are among the richest people in the world according to Forbes. These big people are worth $15 billion.  They were convicted of fraud charges and tax evasion in 2003.

However, they were supposed to be released in the year 2011, but due to misappropriate use of more than 200 million tons of oil and laundering has made them stay back in the prison.

Warner is an American businessman who has a toy manufacturing company. When his Beanie Babies hit the retail market in 1993, Warner had hidden more than $107 million from the year 1990s to 2000s. Warner, who was ranked among richest Americans with the net worth of $2.6 billion, found guilty with tax evasion, which he later agreed to pay $53 million in civil penalties. “When I signed those returns, I knew those moneys were missing," Warner said. "It was not accurate. I apologize for my conduct."
