The telecom major will be partially benefited from the deckling rupee value, assuming that the company’s one-third of the revenues is in terms of dollar.  Bharti has contracted about $500-million dollar-denominated debt in India which will be affected by the rupee’s downfall.

5. Reliance Industries

Reliance Industries is the biggest importer of crude oil in India and mot of the company’s products are either sold or exported at import-linked prices, therefore Reliance Industries will be benefited by the declining rupee value.

6. ONGC

Since prices of both crude oil and natural gas, in which ONGC is the biggest producer, are dollar linked, it must be benefited from the deckling rupee value. However, the lower rupee value also interprets greater under-recoveries for the petroleum sector, part of the responsibility which ONGC has to share.
