New Delhi: Air tragedies are terrifyingly increasing in India and we have lost quite many in such mishaps. Many of our leaders have become victims of air accidents the latest being the Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Dorjee Khandu. Not only him, there are many Indian political leaders who have met a tragic end in an air crash. Here are some of the others: 1. Dorjee Khandu
Arunachal Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu has been found dead in Luguthang, near the China border. The single engine four-seater Pawan Hans helicopter with Dorjee and four others on board went missing soon after taking off from Tawang. 2. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy
The Andhra Pradesh chief minister's helicopter crashed in a dense forest when he was flying to a village in Chitoor district on September 3, 2009.
