Indian Tennis Duo
The new coupling in Tennis of Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna turned out to be one of the grand Indian tennis fiascos that hit the foregrounds right in time for the London Olympics. It started with Mahesh Bhupathi refusing to play with partner Leander Peas, as nominated by AITA. Instead Mahesh Bhupathi asked to be teamed with Rohan Bopanna, who has been his partner in mega event. After all the haul and hoot Bhupathi got paired with Bopanna and Paes was partnered with rookie Vishnu Vardhan. Unfortunately even with or without chosen partners India didn’t earn any medals from tennis.
