He also feels that there is a chance for hospitals to become a soft target for terrorists and many anti social issues might also arise.

According to H.K. Savla, founder of the Jeevan Jyoti Cancer Relief and Care Trust, “People living on the streets are people who earn daily, eat daily, so they aren’t people with long-term savings,”

Savla’s charity home is said to be feeding these sick people in Mumbai, by providing two meals to them every day. He also states that these people have sold whatever they have owned for the treatment and are living here on sides of the streets. They cannot afford to spend the treatment money on rooms or food. 

“Increasing tobacco and alcohol use, unsafe food and lack of exercise - these are the four factors that lead to an increase in non-communicable diseases of which cancer is a top one”, says Pankaj
