Co-Founded in July 2004 by Jeremy Stoppelman and Russel Simmons, it has more than 61 million unique visitors. Ti has filed for IPI with a valuation in the range of $1.5 billion and $2 billion. It has raised a total of $56 million in venture funds: it recently raised $25 million in series E round of funding from Elevation partners, $15 million in series D by DAG Ventures, $10 million in series C from Benchmark Capital, $5 million in series B from Bessemer Venture Partners, and $1 million in series A from Max Levchin.
