The primary goal of Jintronix, a Montreal based startup firm, is to enhance the rehabilitative process of patients suffering from motor disability and hemiparesis through virtual reality technology. Collaboration with Microsoft in the Kinect accelerator program would help Jintronix in successful monitoring and recovery of the patient.

Area of Specialization: Design 3D Scanners.

Manctl, a French Startup firm, has worked on many experimental open source projects like RGB demo, Body Clicks and Body Fusion. Though not much detail is available about there line of action but they promise to develop highly cost effective 3D scanners.
