Over-Dependency on a Few

Team UPA tends to depend on a selected few when stuck in deep soup. Pranab Mukherjee, P. Chidambaram, A.K. Anthony and Kapil Sibbal are the core trouble shooters in the government. Pranab Muikherjee, the Finance Minister of India, was tasked to bring India out of the Anna Hazare crisis. These few are said to have powers to influence the decision making process. There is nothing wrong in taking help from fellow members, but that should not be a regular habit. In an organizational structure, it's good to draw wisdom and experience from fellow ministers but the leader should have the final say. Too much of dependability on others can create a bad impression of a manager.
