We need to constantly renew ourselves and the only way to do it through innovative ideas, innovative product, innovative processes and innovative approaches to looking at problems. whatever has to be done to drive and sustain this innovative spirit has to be done today as without innovation we will not be able to come out of the troubles that we are in today.
